First FLIP Video

I had so much fun this past weekend making videos with my new FLIP Video Recorder. This thing is so lightweight. It is small and fits neatly into my purse. Thanks for the recommendation Mark L.

I helped Brian Swartzwelder and Kaz this past weekend with a High School Senior Shoot. It was the perfect opportunity to try the flip out. I captured Brian checking white balance. We also filmed a little shooting action. This shoot was extremely cool. It was for a private school in Clearwater. I learned a lot about studio lighting as well as some modern High School slang.

Check out this video….I know the song doesn’t match the video, but I really like this song by Caedmon’s Call “There is a reason”. It seems that when things happen that I do not understand, if I just wait on God, he reveals his plans and they are always far better than mine. I am truly learning patience.

Fun on the 4th

This weekend was very nice and relaxing. Shopping on Friday. Ryan and his Dad went to the Daytona Race on Saturday. I really wanted to go but the drive discouraged me. Maybe next year.

Sunday was cool because we went boating in the Bay all day. I’d like to send a big thanks our to our friends the Swartzwelder’s. Gavin and Ryan really hit it off and had a great time. We had so much fun. Brian Swartzwelder with Grey Street Studios is an Architectural Photographer. His work is awesome and he has an amazing eye for photography.
