Fun! Fun! Fun!

Filed under: Uncategorized — tammykoukoulis @ 4:24 am

I am so happy to have been invited to shoot with the Flickr group in Winter Garden today. I had a great time. It was especially nice to meet so many talented photographers. Everyone was in the zone.
My daughter was a great model. I usually have to threaten her or bribe her to take pictures, but today she didn’t give me any grief, she just let all of us shoot away. Check her out near the bottom in front of the metal building with the painted windows. She is a keeper!

I enjoyed shooting the awesome “retro couple”. They are so hippyish and into each other. We got some cool shots of them.

The cute kids were in ample supply today and such good models. I guess they get used to it when their parents are like the paparazzi.

I took these pic’s of Jason and Whitney on their wedding day in April of 07. They are both incredibly photogenic. I couldn’t wait to photograph their new addition…Giselle. She is adorable.
Great family!

Weekend Fun

Filed under: Uncategorized — tammykoukoulis @ 7:50 pm

I give thanks to God for such a beautiful day. I pitched the baseball to my son on and off all day. He is trying to teach me how to hold my glove…..correctly. I got some really neat shots of the girls and their neighborhood friends having a car wash. They are trying to raise money for their neighborhood cheerleading squad. It’s sweet, because the girls like to pull their gymnastics mat outside and all the neighborhood girls come over to tumble and practice cheers. Of course, I love to watch them, and they let me do a cartwheel every now and then…..too funny.

Sun ‘n Fun 08

Filed under: Uncategorized — tammykoukoulis @ 9:09 pm

Sorry its been so long since my last post….life. I’m a little behind, so keep checking back to catch up on what’s been going on the past few weeks.

To the sweet family that let my children share in your kite flying expedition in Clearwater a few weeks ago, I promise to have the pic’s processed and posted very soon. I want to share them. They were awesome and we had a great time.

This past weekend was the Annual Sun ‘n Fun Fly-in, in Lakeland. For those of you not familiar with Sun ‘n Fun, it is a week long event of aviation exhibits and airplane shows. The Thunderbirds were there this year…very cool. My son and I met our good friends there and we stayed most of the day. Thanks for sharing your Dad “J”. “J” and Ryan were born 1 day apart and have been best buddies since 2 yrs. old. We are like family now. God has blessed our lives with awesome friends who love him and they are truly a great encouragement in good and in bad times.

What was totally cool about this day, was that the moon was so extremely visible.
I got a great shot of it. All images shot with my 70-200 mm 2.8…love it.

Tammy,

I just ordered one of these last night, I thought it looked great for low end everyday use.  What do you think, they have examples of quality under picture perfect quality.  The zoom stinks but other than that it’s pretty well rounded.  Price is awesome at $139 on Amazon.

Okay Mark, I hope you don’t mind me sharing this info.  I checked out the camera and I want one.  Very simple and I need all the simplicity in my life I can get.

Thanks for the info.

God Bless

I took this photo in Seattle WA, last August.  This guy was sitting on a crate in front of a fruit stand playing his guitar and singing.

I wanted to see what it would look like as a painting, so I added Photoshop layers and filters and this is how it turned out.   Let me know what you think.

Don’t be shy about commenting to these posts.  I have been getting a lot of emails when I really would like you guys to post comments here on the blog. You guys have some really interesting comments. So go ahead and express yourself.
